Mohawk Park Women's Golf Association
The Mohawk Women’s Golf Association (MWGA) will begin play on March 3, 2010 at Mohawk Golf Course. The MWGA plays on Wednesday of each week from March through October, alternating between the Woodbine and Pecan Valley courses. Play days include a variety of fun golf formats and regularly scheduled tournaments. Members represent all levels of golf skills--from those new to the game to others who have played for many years. The purpose of the women’s association is to promote interest in golf, familiarize members with USGA rules, and have fun while making new golf friends.
Membership fee is $40.00 a year and provides funds for:
- Personalized Yearbook
- Schedules
- Contact information
- Relevant USGA & Standing Rules of Play
- Prizes for Weekly Play Days and tournaments
- Special Events
- Spring Membership Coffee
- Christmas Luncheon
Members are responsible for paying their own greens fee and cart fee.
